Functional Drink for Clarity & Connection
Uplift • Focus • Connect | 10 Stick Packs
Some drinks are made for lighter moments and the deeper conversations that follow. TruBond Lighten Up is your crisp, fruit-forward raspberry yuzu blend, crafted to lift your mood, keep you present, and help you connect more fully through the afternoon and into the evening. Caffeine-free. Think less tension, more engaged presence. Just the good kind of buzz.
This is the social mix your routine has been waiting for, from afternoon into evening. Clean, functional, and built for connection.
What's inside every stick:
- 500 mg organic Lion's Mane mushroom extract, the nootropic mushroom traditionally associated with cognitive clarity and focus.
- 200 mg organic Ashwagandha root extract (KSM-66®), clinically studied support for stress resilience, focus, and balanced energy.
- 150 mg organic Reishi mushroom extract, the adaptogenic mushroom traditionally associated with stress resilience, immune support, and a steady, present state.
- 1.8 g organic baobab fruit, delivering prebiotic fiber, antioxidants, polyphenols, and Vitamin C.
- Plus L-theanine for smooth, steady focus.
No artificial flavors. Naturally sweetened with allulose and organic monk fruit.
Made to enjoy all day:
Lighten Up ingredients are studied at real amounts, like Lion's Mane 1,000 mg or more and Ashwagandha 250 to 600 mg. Every stick carries a real, meaningful share, portioned so you can enjoy a drink whenever your afternoon or evening calls for it, rather than pack it all into one glass. Real amounts, not a pinch for the label.
An alcohol alternative that stands on its own:
Caffeine-free and made for the afternoon-into-evening social moments when you want to stay uplifted and fully present. Something real to reach for at the small gathering, the one-on-one, or into the evening. No alcohol, no fog.
When to drink it:
Lighten Up is built for the lunch reset, afternoon meetings, small gatherings, the transition out of work, one-on-one conversations, family time, and into the evening when you want to be fully present. Enjoy 1 to 3 sticks daily as part of your adaptogen and nootropic routine.
How to drink it:
Lighten Up is 48% real fruit, with no anti-caking agents and no silicon dioxide, so it is not built to dissolve clear like an artificial mix. A little natural settling is normal. Add one stick to 8 oz cold water and ice in your favorite cup. Or add 2 sticks to the TruBond x MiiR Flip Traveler (16 oz) with cold water and ice. Shake well, and serve ice-cold and refreshing. Mixes with still or sparkling water. Small, light, and shelf-stable. No refrigeration required.
Built around the gut-brain connection:
Organic baobab and the whole fruit powders bring prebiotic fiber and polyphenols that feed beneficial gut bacteria. Organic Lion's Mane and Reishi add mushroom polysaccharides that support the microbiome. KSM-66 Ashwagandha and L-theanine support the stress side of the gut-brain axis. Two systems, formulated to work together.
Third-party tested:
Produced in a GMP-certified facility with a Certificate of Analysis on every batch, so you know exactly what is in each stick.
